Frequently asked questions
How long do rent payouts take?
Typical ACH rent payouts land in 2-5 business days. Published examples: TurboTenant 5-7 days free / 2-4 days on Pro; Azibo 2-3 days free; RentRedi 2-3 days; Avail next-day only on Unlimited Plus.
Can I make tenants pay the payment processing fee?
On most platforms tenant ACH fees are the default ($2-2.50). Card fees (~3%) are nearly always tenant-paid. A few states restrict passing on certain fees — check your state's landlord-tenant act before adding fees not built into the platform.
